Coachman Trude Cripple

Walter Wiese guides and works out of Parks Fly Shop in Gardiner, MT.  Walter  has come up with several fly patterns for use on the rivers in Yellowstone Park and the Yellowstone River.  Many of his patterns, I believe, can be used on our waters with great success.  One of these patterns is the coachman trude cripple.  Being a guide it’s necessary for patterns that work and are easy to tie, one of these flies is the coachman trude cripple.  If you Google “Walter Wiese” on youtube and click on videos you can see a video of Walter trying this fly.
